Gulab Rus Sweets provides traditional sweets including Akhrooti Sonhal Halwa and Pure White Khoya. These services are offered subject to the terms, conditions, and policies stated below.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, OR

  • You are using the website under supervision of a guardian

3. Products & Quality

  • All products are made using traditional recipes and premium ingredients.

  • Due to the handmade and perishable nature, slight variations in texture, color, or packaging may occur.

  • We strive for accuracy, but product images are for representation purposes only.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or delivery issues.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • We currently offer:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available in:

    • Lahore

    • Islamabad (including Rawalpindi if applicable)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details

7. No Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of sweets:

    • ❌ No returns

    • ❌ No refunds

    • ❌ No exchanges

👉 Exception:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order

  • Provide correct contact details

  • Verify order upon delivery

Failure may result in re-delivery charges.

9. Hygiene & Safety

  • All products are prepared under strict hygienic conditions

  • Packed in premium, secure packaging

  • Freshness and quality are our top priorities

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding, logo) belongs to Gulab Rus Sweets and cannot be copied or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Misuse of products after delivery
